The Group is headed by Shri Shishir Bajaj, Chairman & Managing Director and his young and dynamic son , Kushagra Nayan Bajaj, Jt Managing Director. Bajaj Hindusthan Ltd, the flagship company of the Group, was incorporated as "The Hindusthan Sugar Mills Ltd" in 1931, nearly 80 years ago.

The Company was founded by late Shri Jamnalal Bajaj, renowned as a visionary leader of industry, a selfless freedom fighter and a close confidante of Mahatma Gandhi.

The Company's first sugar plant was one among the 30 sugar mills that pioneered the establishment of the Sugar Industry in India. Today, Bajaj Hindusthan Ltd is India's and Asia's Number One Sugar and Ethanol manufacturing company and among the top four Globally.
